Preserving historic media

In the 1940s, C.F. Klassen gathered 24 reels of 16mm motion picture films depicting Berlin in 1945, a conscientious objector camp in Canada during World War Two, and early scenes of Mennonites in Paraguay following the war.

These and hundreds of other multi-media archival records of our faith stories are at risk of loss due to deterioration. Donations made to the archives program will help the church digitize and make accessible our stories of faithful living through the generations as recorded on cassettes, VCR, film strips and other media formats.

We are deeply grateful for your support as the archives continues this on-going digitizing process.
